Thread sealing belt conveyor, PTFE tape manufacturing machine / production line

PTFE tape unit is special equipment for producing PTFE threaded seal tape, our production equipment is improved on the basis of PTFE tape unit, and product can be used as base band for production of PTFE eco-friendly filter film and special clothing fabric film, and has width of 300mm and thickness of 0.05-0.3mm. After width enlargement by the stretching machine, the product's width and thickness can reach 1,800mm and 2μm respectively, and PTFE push rod and elastic rod can be produced by the drawing press and baking oven of the equipment.

The equipment consists of the remolding press, drawing press, heat preservation water tank, calender, winder, feeder, baking oven, correcting winder, and other machines, and its process includes preparation and mixing, blank prepressing, charge bar push, water tank heat preservation, calendering, winding, degreasing, vertical pulling, winding, etc.
